Storage, protection and processing of personal data

Personal data is stored technically protected and the data is processed only by those persons who need the data to perform their duties. Our staff are trained to act responsibly in accordance with the EU Data Protection Directive.

We store the personal data for the time required in order to meet the obligations and needs that exist regarding the activities of the Board in this description. Personal data may be deleted or anonymised at the request of the data subject, if no other legal basis requires the data to be stored. For example, the Accounting Act requires that: we save certain data for a longer period of time, whether or not they contain personal data. We also collect log data, which we save the time required by law.

Transmission of information to third parties

At the request of authorities, we may provide personal data to third parties. If the law allows, we always inform the data subject of the transmission of personal data. In some cases, we may use a third party’s services, which may require the transfer of personal data to carry out the service Forcit acquired. Forcit is responsible for these third parties processing personal data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Directive.

Request for personal data and its erasure

We delete and submit personal data only at the person’s own request. The person should present a valid ID at our point of business. To this end, time should be booked in advance by sending e-mail to: dataprivacy@forcit.se.
